  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Lay down a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of the blueberry cream cheese mixture over it.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito. Repeat the above steps with remaining tortillas.
  5. Brush the outside of each roll with melted butter and then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on each one.
  6. Preheat a skillet (medium heat) and then place the rolls seam-side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet, sliced, and serve warm.
