- Add the ground beef and pork to the pan, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
