  1. In a pot, warm up some sesame oil over medium heat and toss in the sliced pork belly.
  2. Let it cook until it’s nice and browned. Next, add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing them until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Then, stir in the kimchi and gochugaru, cooking everything for about 5 minutes until the kimchi starts to smell amazing.
