  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, grated Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients well until they are fully combined.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  5. Smooth the top and make sure it is evenly distributed.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
