- In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio paste, tahini, and melted butter, stirring until smooth.
- Melt the pink and green chocolate using a double boiler until smooth and creamy.
- In the baking dish, layer half of the kataifi pastry, spreading it evenly on the bottom. Drizzle with half of the coconut oil.
- Pour the tahini and pistachio mixture over the kataifi layer and spread it evenly.
- Add the melted pink chocolate on top of the pistachio mixture and smooth it out.
- Add the remaining kataifi pastry on top, spreading it evenly again, and drizzle with the remaining coconut oil.
