- Add the little potatoes, and boil for about 10 minutes, until soft.
- Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and mussels, along with the seafood boil seasoning, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the mussels show no signs of closing.
- Turn off the heat and drain off the water.
- Serve hot with a side of fresh lemon wedges.
