Savor a seafood boil with seasoning, an exciting and colorful American dish featuring shrimp, mussels, little potatoes, and corn simmered in broth seasoned with spices. This one pot meal is ready in 30 minutes, is hearty enough to be a main dish, and good for gathering with some lemon wedges for a seafood-packed meal.

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the little potatoes, and boil for about 10 minutes, until soft.
  3. Stir in the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and mussels, along with the seafood boil seasoning, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika.
  5. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the mussels show no signs of closing.
  6. Turn off the heat and drain off the water.
  7. Serve hot with a side of fresh lemon wedges.
