  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  6. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  7. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  8. Fold in the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  9. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into the cooled crust, then layer the cream cheese mixture on top.
  10. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours or until set.
  12. Once set, decorate with colorful sprinkles before serving.
