  1. Heat your oven to 230°C (450°F) and place the pizza stone inside to achieve preheating.
  2. The mushrooms receive a mixture of minced garlic and olive oil and salt and pepper in a bowl before being sautéed in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Use a floured surface to roll out the pizza dough into a round shape measuring 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper after rolling it out.
  5. Apply a thin layer of truffle oil to the base of the pizza dough.
  6. The dough receives an even distribution of sautéed mushrooms followed by mozzarella and fontina cheese.
  7. A pinch of salt and black pepper should be added on top of the Parmesan cheese before sprinkling it over the pizza.
  8. Place the pizza with care onto the hot pizza stone which is already in the oven. The pizza needs to bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust turns golden brown and the cheese starts to bubble.
  9. After baking the pizza remove it from the oven for one minute before adding fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of truffle oil.
  10. Cut the pizza into two equal pieces which should be served right away.
