  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F) and place your pizza stone inside to heat up.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms with minced garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sauté in a saucepan over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 12 inches in diameter.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of truffle oil over the base of the pizza dough.
  5. Evenly distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the dough, followed by the mozzarella and fontina cheese.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
