  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until it's al dente.
  2. Before draining, reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  3. In a frying pan, cook the pancetta over medium heat until it becomes crispy.

  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream of mushroom, Parmesan cheese, salt, and a good amount of black pepper.
