These Golden Corral Dinner Rolls are a traditional American side with the delectable soft, fluffy texture and incredible buttery flavor.   1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and set aside for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In your large mixing bowl, add the warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt and mix well.
  3. Then, add the egg and frothy yeast mixture into the milk mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add in the flour until soft dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. In a greased bowl, place the dough, cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm area until double in size, about 20 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Once the dough is risen, punch it down and divide it into 12 equal pieces, and shape each piece into rolls, placing them on your greased cookie sheet.
  9. Cover with a cloth and let them rise for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes in your preheated oven until they are golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted margarine before serving.
