Mochinut is a delightful blend of traditional mochi and doughnuts, combining the best aspects of both.   1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and cooking oil together until well blended.
  2. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into small rings using a mold or your hands, making sure they are of even thickness.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the doughnuts in the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the fried mochinut and let them drain on paper towels.
