  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, spinach, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese and spinach mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
