  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the granulated sugar until pale and creamy.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese to the egg mixture, gently folding until well combined and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture to obtain a light and airy filling.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  5. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the mascarpone filling over the ladyfingers evenly.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone filling for the second layer.
  7. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
