- In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar until it’s nice and smooth.
- Then, add in the vanilla extract and give it a good mix. In a shallow dish, pour in the cooled coffee and, if you’re using it, the coffee liqueur.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure they soak up the flavor without getting too soggy.
- Layer half of those soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture over them.
- Repeat this process with the remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture.
